Bethel Farms Return Policy
At Bethel Farms, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality live goods through our brands SodPods®, Gotta Go Grass®, and NutriPod®. These products are carefully packaged and shipped to preserve their quality and effectiveness. Because they are live goods and are fragile by nature, returns are not accepted.
Why We Don’t Accept Returns
Our products, whether it’s SodPods® grass plugs, Gotta Go Grass® natural pet pads, or NutriPod® fertilizer pods, are packaged and shipped with care to maintain their quality from our facility to your doorstep. Once shipped, they cannot be returned, reused, or resold without compromising quality and safety. To protect product integrity and minimize waste, we do not process returns.
Satisfaction is Our Priority
While returns are not available, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your SodPods®, Gotta Go Grass®, or NutriPod® order arrives damaged or affected by shipping, please reach out to customerservice@bethelfarms.com within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include:
· Your order number
· Photos of the product received
· A brief description of the issue
Our team will carefully review your case and work with you to address the issue per our quality standards.
